A beautiful master suite equipped with quality bedding in 160x200cm and its adjoining bathroom with bathtub completes this level. - First floor: 3 bedrooms with a sea view, including a master suite equipped with a Queen Size bed in 160 x 200cm, 1 double bedroom also equipped with a Queen size bed, and a third bedroom equipped with 2 single beds in 90x200cm. A third independent shower room is located on the first floor. - 2 independent toilets. Outside, you can enjoy a splendid and relaxing setting with a beautiful terrace equipped with an outdoor dining table for 8 people and a beautiful garden offering a view between land & sea. You can easily park 2 to 3 vehicles inside the property. The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Normandy while being less than a 5-minute walk from the sea, 10 minutes by car from the city center of Honfleur and Deauville.
