I would describe the house as rustic with some quirks like light switches in strange places, but it has modern facilities and a very calm and relaxed vibe. The house is set on approximately 3 acres. The house is open plan living and dinning, has a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms (shower only) 2 toilets, the ensuite bathroom is rather small, but is clean and comes in handy with a second shower and toilet. The 3 bedrooms . large outdoor barn style entertaining/ cooking /bar area, with BBQ, metters wood stove, and wood fired pizza oven. The resort style salt and mineral swimming pool is the ultimate relax and cool off spot for hot summer days. In winter use one of the many wood fired areas to get cosy. The properties boundary for guests is the house paddock. the property has an abundant birdlife, possums, and kangaroos. fruit veggies and goat muslie (stored in drums near shed) can be left at wildlife station for possums and roos, leave here early evening to prevent cockatoo's eating it.
