Very clean, great amenities, and a beautiful view. The hosts were very attentive and checking in when the power went out for a couple hours, they also have flashlights and things available in case that happens which was great since that’s common in the area! Very accessible to the east side of the island, everything is within an hour drive and the ferry terminal to the smaller islands is extremely close.

This has been the best Airbnb we have stayed (10 stars). The moment we stepped in was terrific. The condo was clean and smelled so good. The location is pretty quiet. We felt safe at all times. The apartment was well stocked, and I didn’t need to buy much. The view was amazing. The condo is exactly what was pictured and explained. Johanna was a pleasure and communicated right away. I had no issues. I felt that Johanna went above and beyond. I will stay again and recommend it to my friends and family.

This is one of the most well-equipped rentals we have ever stayed in. It was nice to have the beach chairs and towels so we didn't need to bring our own. We can't think of anything that would have made our trip easier, and they would have had us covered if we had forgotten anything. It was comfortable, well appointed, and very clean. It felt very secure and welcoming. The rooftop terrace was one of our favorite features. It was nice to spend the evening reading under the stars.

From start to finish our stay at Johanna’s place was outstanding. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean and included everything we needed for our stay. Johanna was responsive to my questions and offered local recommendations on things to do with my family. We enjoyed coffee on the porch and drinks and sunbathing on the huge private roof deck. The location was perfect for our adventures to Old San Juan, kayaking the bio bay in Fajardo, visiting waterfalls, the ferry to Culebra and of course the beach (there is a nice one only 10 min drive). There are grocery stores and restaurants close by and the kitchen has everything you might need to prep meals. Having a washer/dryer was also great. All in all a wonderful stay- highly recommend to anyone visiting the east coast of PR.

Muy buen ambiente para descansar y pasar tiempo en familia. Un penthouse de calidad, espacioso y moderno. Una bienvenida excelente, con pequeños detalles que te hacen sentir en casa. Muchas restricciones por parte de la administración del lugar, un poco de falta de comunicación con la seguridad del complejo.
