Perfect for the weary business traveler. Spacious with all the amenities of home. This is a two story building which was home to my family’s portrait studio. My residence is on the first floor behind the studio. Your “apartment” is the entire 1700 sq ft second floor. It consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with its own bathroom, a second bedroom with a separate bathroom, a small sitting room, a laundry room available by request, and a sunroom which we converted into a supply room for the Airbnb. We are No Smoke/ No vape on the entire property.

A charming apartment in a quiet and convenient location. When we got there, we noted how extremely well kept it was with plenty of storage. Great separation between the living room and bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay.
Jeffrey's place was as listed. It was convenient to get around the area. Communication with him was great. I'd recommend staying here if in the area.
Stayed with a couple friends for a short weekend trip. The apartment was nice and clean. Jeffrey was very friendly and responsive. If I’m ever back in the area I’d love to stay here again
Jeffrey was an excellent host! He made checking in incredibly easy, allowed us to arrive early, left a detailed note, and everything matched the description well. The place had plenty of space for the adults to hang out and my 1 year old to sleep uninterrupted. The price was very fair. Thanks so much for making our stay so easy!
Jeffrey was a great host. We really appreciated his thoughtful welcome note and found the space very clean and roomy. The location is very convenient to the university, downtown Madison, and lots of activities.

We are at the edge of a quiet Middleton residential neighborhood and just around the corner from University ave. It is an easy commute to the UW hospital to our east and an easy commute to Epic to our south. We are one block from Walgreens and approximately a short mile from a Pic n Save Metro grocery store. We are also within three miles of “a hundred” restaurants. We are within walking distance from Middleton’s spring fed Lakeview community park and Madison’s Marshall park on lake Mendota.
