Wonderful place. Cozy, clean and has everything you need for your typical everyday needs. 15 minutes ride to the central square. Very friendly and responsive host that actually cares about your time spent in Erevan. 10/10

I recently stayed at Vahan's place and it was a great experience. Vahan stood out as an exceptionally hospitable host - he was not only friendly and responsive but also went above and beyond to accommodate my late-night arrival with an early check-in. The apartment itself boasts a fresh, newly renovated interior, making it a pleasant stay. For those working remotely, a notable perk is the fast internet speed, which more than meets the demands of most online tasks. Its location is an added bonus, being not too far from the city center (15m by car) and conveniently close to grocery stores and local markets. However, a point to note for future guests is that it's on the 4th floor and there isn't an elevator in the building. So, if you're traveling with heavy suitcases, be prepared for a bit of a workout! I would highly recommend Vahan's place to anyone visiting the area and seeking a hassle-free stay.

Потрясающая уютная квартира с вниманием к деталям интерьера и быта. Подробная инструкция, как попасть в дом и пользоваться всем, что там есть. Даже коробка печенья была на столе к приезду. Это вроде бы мелочь, но очень приятная :)

I really enjoyed staying at Vahan's place. It has everything you would need for a short stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and really close to the city center, and fully matched the description It does have an AC, and I didn't really notice any sounds from the road. Overall, really happy with the stay! Would definitely stay here again when I visit Yerevan again. Thank you for hosting me, Vahan!
