A spacious minimalistic flat with a mediterranean heart. Private entrance, free parking and a big garden. Perfect base to come to while exploring and enjoying all that our region has to offer. The flat has all the essentials and more but you can always ask if you need something particular and we will try to make it happen. We have two shy cats and one very enthusiastic dog on this property so keep in mind that you will be their guest. Pets and kids are welcome but should always be supervised. The flat is located on the ground floor, has it’s own separate entrance and free parking in front of the house. The property is gated and has a big garden all-around the house [not fully fenced]. The flat has two big bedrooms with double beds and garden/valley view, a smaller walk-in closet to store your luggage and clothes, a fully equipped bathroom with a big shower and an open space living-kitchen area with fully equipped kitchen [dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, etc], dinning table, couch and tv. We also have a fully equipped baby crib upon request. The washing machine is located in the garage. The garage can be used to store anything that takes to much space in the flat or is wet/dirty e.g. supboards/bikes/strollers/drying rack etc. There is plenty of space in the garden for your pets and kids to play and there is a dedicated outdoor dinning place with water, to chill or have a barbecue.

5 étoiles ne suffisent pas ! Il en faudrait beaucoup plus pour exprimer notre satisfaction. Le logement d’ une propreté exceptionnelle, la literie très bonne , la communication avec Petra très facile et réactive ! Rien ne manquait dans la cuisine. Lovely place, very clean, roomy and comfortable. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Petra is very responsive and helpful and getting there is very straightforward and easy. Also their dog is adorable!

L’appartamento è stupendo, pulitissimo e arredato con molta cura. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il pensiero di benvenuto e le attenzioni ai dettagli (ciotola e coperte per il cane, contenitore con medicine in bagno, ciabatte per gli ospiti)! Stupendo anche il giardino e l’ospitalitá dei genitori di Petra! Ci torneremo sicuramente!
Absolutely fantastic place! It’s one of those places where you feel right at home and that raises your mood by just being in it. It was very clean and the care for detail and the design are fantastic! I’ve been to a number of AirBnB over the past years but this place was the best equipped. It literally had everything you could think of. Unfortunately we only stayed a day, but my family and I loved it and would absolutely come back. Great place, lovely owner and host and I would absolutely recommend it!

All the necessities are in a walking distance. A 5min walk to the grocery store, pharmacy, atm, post office, outdoor basketball/volleyball court, children playground, bar, river beach bar, wine bar, restaurant and river Vipava where you can chill in the sun or rent SUP boards. Beautiful hiking/biking/horse/mx trails all around following the Vipava river or on the Karst Plateau. The sea and beaches are 20-30min away by car.
There is A LOT to see, explore and discover in a radius up to 1h away by car. From the mediterranean sea, through the vast vineyards to the emerald river up to the mountains, not to brag but we have it all ;). We are located on the SI/IT boarder in the Slovene Littoral/Friuli-Venezia-Giulia region so expect a mix of both languages/food/culture/history.
The sea and beaches are 20-30min away by car. Major cities to visit are Trst/Trieste, Venice, Ljubljana, Pula, Beljak/Villach. I’ll put all my favourite beaches, places to eat and explore in the GUIDES so don’t forget to check those out.
