The place is clean and tidy, everything new. We met Nora at the location, and she gave us all instructions we needed. She even welcomed us with a delicios homemade elderflower drink, which was a nice gesture. The place has a great location: reacheable by foot (less then 900m from the City center), excelent for an evening walk, but far enough not to be botherd by the usual noise from the Center. We warmly recommend Zoltan's location if you travel to Hajduszoboszlo!
