In the living room there is 3 sofa that can fold up as 3 beds option and can accommodate comfortable 2 guests in each . the en suite bedroom has king size bed and single bed . the second bedroom have queen size bed and single bed. that can accommodate comfortable 3 guests in each room . We provide clean linen, beds sheets, blankets, pillows, towels and all the amenities you will need. Also heaters, fans and portable air conditioning in each rooms to keep air flow. hand sanitizer, disinfectant and wipes along with all cleaning material and products . The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils you will need to cook any dish you wish. We provide tea,herb tea ,coffee, Nescafe,spices ,oil. Pots and Pans, plates, cups mugs, wine caps , cutlery, coffee machine,microwave, rice maker, and more. There are also books toys and games to enjoy during your stay. If you need we can provide baby cot, pram, baby chair. Dogs are Welcome: We have never had a dog that smoked in bed, stole stuff from the house or got too drunk and smashed the furniture or started fights, so please be inspired by the good doggies. =) We can offer to our guests private yoga classes, special events, art and craft workshop, swimming and surfing lessons, unique camping and surfing trips. Smoking allowed at the outdoor area. Please note : The house has strict NO PARTY policy & we do not accept Bachelor/ Bucks or Bachelorhood/Hens parties at all without prior approval. The space is perfect for families or groups staying in Sydney for events but it’s not the space to hold events like Bucks weekend or parties due to the proximity of the neighbors. The agreement that we have with our neighbors is that they can expect peace and quiet time from 10 pm till 8 am . Parking : 500 meter from the property we have secure under cover parking. that can fit medium sized cars - The max width is 1,7metres and the height max 2metres. its 5 minute drive and 10-15 minutes walk from the house . at the back off the house there is a back lane where guests can load and unload there luggage with out worry for street parking .
