Experience breath taking views of both the beach and St Leonards from various angles throughout the apartment. Admire the charm and character of the royal blue front room, complete with tasteful décor and unique ornaments. Enjoy modern amenities, including a LED mirror in the bathroom and a sleek fully equipped kitchen with a convenient wine cooler. Come stay at our property and enjoy stunning views of the beach and St Leonards from the sunroom. Just be prepared for a bit of exercise - there are about 4 flights of stairs to climb before entering the property, where you'll encounter roughly 17 additional stairs inside of the property. But once you're settled in, take advantage of our fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals and keep your wine chilled for a relaxing evening. And when it's time to unwind, there's no better place than the cosy front room to kick back and catch up on your favourite TV shows.

Really nice place to stay in a great location for the sea and the local neighbourhood. Easy to find and good parking options. It was extremely windy, blowing a gale of the sea but the flat remained beautifully cozy once we figured out the heating. Great experience.

The thing is that the appartement was ice cold when we arrived and so it was impossible to stay in the house on Sunday after our arrival ! The kitchen heating was not working or not present so It was impossible to use sitting area in the kitchen. The kitchen towel smelled bad and there was only one present! The furniture in the living room is very basic, close to uncomfortable ! The hairdryer was not present !

David is a very responsive host and will answer questions quickly. We particularly enjoyed the bedroom and lounge, which had spectacular views. The kitchen facilities were good, the under-floor heating was nice, and while we didn't use the second bedroom, it would be useful if you visit with more guests.

The beach is right at your front door, and you have a few shops across the road to your right. If you want to do more shopping, Hastings town centre is only a 10 minute drive and approximately a 30 minute walk along the seafront. Hastings town centre has an array of fast food restaurants, cafes, pubs, boutique shops and activities to do with the whole family or a group of friends.

West St Leonards train station is approximately a 10 minute walk from the property. There is a bus stop just outside which can take you to the heart of St Leonards and Hastings town.
