Our stay in manly for our brooch event was great, 5min walk to the cafes and restaurants and an easy convenience train ride to the city right near the house. We wish we were able to stay for longer, the farmers markets on Saturday were amazing and restaurants had some great food. We hardly noticed the sound of the train while staying in, slept great and very cosy granny flat. Would definitely stay again

John’s place was very clean and modern with few extras that just made my stay much better. Close to the railway line which is mentioned but you wouldn’t even know. Next time I’m in manly I’ll definitely be staying again

John described his place well including lower beams in his unit built in under the house and mild train noise. Neither of which bothered us Easy parking out front in dead end street Lovely bright space and newly renovated with bonus washing machine and supplies of coffee tea milk and toiletries Given the price it is a great value 2 bed for a stay in a lovely popular area Hope to visit again
