Pros The apartment is well located, spacious, with friendly doormen and a comfortable bed. Cons Unfortunately I was left without the most basic of amenities for my entire stay: no working kitchen hob, no hot water and leaking sewage from the toilet all over the floor of the bathroom. I only had contact with the co-host, Joffrey, who was extremely unprofessional, rude and unbothered about the problems throughout my stay. He claimed that these problems were not his fault and he brushed off my requests for help, then refused to refund even 1 day of my stay as compensation. Which would have been reasonable considering that I was missing the most crucial amenities and was forced to spend extra money on eating out. I am sure that he will try to respond to this message to desperately defend himself, but the proof of his rude and unbothered attitude is all logged in our text messages. I would recommend to only communicate with him only through Airbnb to avoid the same problems I had.
