This unit is perfect for families, traveling professionals, and quick weekend trips to explore all KC has to offer including a close drive to Overland Park DT, Westport, Plaza and Midtown areas of KC. Downtown is just less than a 25 minute car ride! This cozy, modern home manages to pack every amenity and home comfort you want while enjoying the suburban life of Overland Park. ★ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 4 BEDROOMS ★ 4 BR--two with KING BEDS and two with QUEEN BEDS can be found in this cozy rental. All provide you with the high-level comfort and convenience needed to relax and rest after an exciting day of exploring the natural beauties of KC. There are stairs to access any of the bedrooms (3 on 2nd level & 1 on 4th). ♛ A sofa sleeper is provided in living room if you are bringing an extra guest. ★BATHROOMS and LAUNDRY★ 2 FULL bathrooms are fully stocked for your convenience. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash will be found in a dispenser in the shower. We’ve provided plush bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. A half bath is in basement. If you find yourself needing to do a load of laundry, have no fear! We’ve provided an in unit washer and dryer with laundry detergent. ★KITCHEN★ There's a full kitchen at your disposal, full set of dishes, flatware, glasses, serving dishes and cookware to help you feel right at home. A washer and dryer are also available for your use and convenience. ★OUTDOOR SPACE★ This unit also offers a fenced backyard with patio and pergola where your family and friends can sit on the porch, dine and have fun sharing stories. ★PARKING and ACCESS ★ **Two car garage is available for use as well as driveway parking. Please utilize these options. ★PETS - We do allow well behaved pets with prior approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $65+ fee per pet per stay that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. If you have any questions, please let us know. Unapproved pets are not permitted. Guests are required to pick up after their pet. Backyard is fully fenced.

Great place and location.
Was the perfect location near the highway for everyone traveling in and local for our girls weekend. We had a few from OP, Topeka, and Lawrence combined with the Iowa City, Des Moines area and it was very accommodating for everyone traveling given we were so close to highways. The grocery store is less than a 5 minute walk away (Hyvee + Aldi) which came in great for any needs we had. The beds were very comfortable and everyone had their own room. The primary bedroom has a bathroom that is pretty tight so we used the common bath quite a bit. The pull out sofa wasn’t used for a bed but we made that determination after sitting on it- very cute but not too comfortable so 2 of us just doubled up in a king bed and it worked perfectly. The windows don’t open is majority of the downstairs and so we opened the doors for a breeze rather than running the A/C unit. Worked very well and zero complaints there from anyone in the house. Overall, it was perfect for our girls weekend of 5 adults!
This home was a perfect fit for our family. We were close to all the activities planned for the weekend. Very clean home and everyone was able to spread out.
I recently spent three nights on a business trip at the property on 8233 W 97th Street in Overland Park, Kansas. The house impressed me with its cleanliness and modern amenities. The bathrooms were pristine and appeared recently renovated. I particularly appreciated the presence of smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. The neighborhood was lovely and felt safe, and the proximity to the HyVee grocery store was super convenient. Additionally, I got a kick out of the wooden cutout of Jesus over the bathroom door with the words "I saw that!" Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely return.
Amber was a great host easy to reach and and helped us with whatever we needed there were four adults and three children and the house was a good size and we were comfortable.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Walking distance to grocery, retail and restaurants and a short drive to highways, the chiefs/royals stadium, Power & Light/T-Mobilie Center, conference center, local hospitals and more!
