Our stay was good. The only issue we had is the 2nd bathroom ( the floor was leaking). The maintenance suppose to come the next day and never came. Read the previous reviews and someone else had the same issue. 2nd bathroom is one of the main reasons we got this house and didn’t get it. Other than that our stay was good. Very specious house. Looked like someone just moved out the day before as some of the personal stuff was around the rooms.

Nematjon's house is located in a peaceful time of the city, 5 min drive from the Subway. From there, it is only 3 stations to city center. The house is located on a quite street surrounded by trees. Inside there a garden and lots of space to accommodate a family. We had 2 little girls with us and it was most amazing setting as they could run around the house which is well protected, and very safe inside so you wouldn't worry. We loved the touch of waterfall in the garden, its so nice to sit in the morning with coffee, freshly baked bread and sour cream from local venders. We already miss the place and I will always recommend it to our friends and families. Its a gem and very affordable. The owner takes care of everything upon first demand. He even brought us baby chair and did additional clearning mid-way of our trip. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stayed in Nematjon's house for more than a month. The house is really worth the price; clean, wide, with three bedrooms. Quite good for families with kids. Nematjon was extremely helpful and flexible during my stay, offering his valuable help and recommendations about restaurants, parks, clinics, etc.

Booked at random for short rest before road trip, got than what we have bargained for, amazing place, specious, clean, well taken care of, tastefully furnished with everything you can think, situated in a quite & green neighborhood with everything you need is of walking distance, the highlight of this stay is the host, Nematjon is hospitable beyond words, had a problem with electricity and he went to every length to make sure it is fixed the same day, had an entire crew working till close to midnight to make sure it is working well, even offered yo move us to a hotel at his own expense, I am certain he paid more than what we have paid him for our stay to get it fixed on time, his priority is his guest convenience, and he is willing to do anything for it, he took me in a ride in his car around the neighborhood to show me where everything was, we cooked at this property and felt like we are at home, I recommend you go there next time you are in Tashkant
