We had a great stay at Kelly’s house. We travelled as two families and had all our needs met, and even had plenty of things that we didn’t get a chance to put to use. The location is perfect for accessing family-oriented activities close by, and within easy reach of the centre, yet quiet enough that you get to relax. Kelly’s house is a true family home and it made us feel very welcome!

As a family of 6 ladies we stayed here for 2 nights for my sisters 50th birthday. on arrival everything was as the photos and immaculately clean. Kelly responded quickly to a couple of questions with clear instructions. Kelly also left a birthday card and bottle of bubbles for my sister, lovely touch. Definitely a home from home,would highly recommend. The outside bar area and lazy spa was a great bonus, had lots of laughs making memories, would definitely return. Fantastic weekend away. Thank you Kelly 😊.

Had a lovely stay at Kelly's house. Very roomy property, lots of space and the outside bar and hotub were a massive plus.

We stayed for 2 nights to see family in the area. The house was perfect. Very comfortable beds and sofa. The garden bar is lovely and would definitely have used it more if we went in the summer months. A perfect little retreat in a nice area. Ashby is a 20 minute walk and has lots of nice pubs, restaurants and shops.

2nd stay and loved it. sad to leave today. a beautiful home, comfortable and modern
