Beautiful Villa in a safe, quiet and private neighborhood of Pedregal. Great location, steps from the beach. 10 min to the Marina. Modern architecture with great floor plan. Pool and spa towards the back of the house made them private to enjoy.

Beautiful private home just a 5 minute walk from Pedregal Beach which was stunning! Each guest had their own large bedroom & individual bathroom. The beds & sheets were incredibly comfortable. The sound system & pool was a highlight. I’d definitely recommend & would love to visit again!

This house is a modern vibe, very clean and spacious. We felt safe in the gated community. Beautiful surroundings and very close to beach! The host was very attentive to our messages and was able to problem solve if we needed anything. The one little detail is we did not have a beach view but it was a walkable distance to the beach. We enjoyed the great sound system all over the house and the outdoor grill. We would definitely come back again. Thank you for having us David!

David’s place in Pedregal was perfect - great location near the beach but also quiet and relaxing. The house and all of the amenities were excellent, especially the kitchen, grill and pool area. The beds were all super comfortable also.
