You will love it :) Welcome to our apartment :) Apartment is situated in completely new building and is all new furnished and equipped with new appliances, the apartment has fully equipped kitchen, cable TV and WiFi 30 mbit internet included in the price. Towels, sheets are included. The apartment with its 40+ square meters, one bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom will be ready only for you. The kitchen is equipped with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, cutlery, pans, dishes, electric kettle and microwave. There are also wardrobe in the bedroom ready for your luggage and clothing. There is also iron. Pets are not allowed.

Precis vad jag behövde , nära till Casinot. Tyst runt om i både huset och omgivning.
L'emplacement est parfait. Le cadre est paisible , vous avez un petit commerce de proximité juste en bas de l'immeuble. Le centre commercial AVION est juste à côté. Vous êtes à 5 minutes à pied de l'aéroport. Concernant l'appartement il est très bien meublé et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour de courtes ou longues durée. Martin à même mis à disposition des jeux de sociétés et de la lecture à disposition. La communication se fait sans problème, Martin est réactif et prend soin de ses invités. Arrivée et départ fait en autonomie sans problème. Je recommande ce logement.

Biggest shopping possibilities 3 minutes by car - Avion shopping center, IKEA, Hornbach, Sconto, Bauhaus.
There are many restaurants, cafes, bistro, pubs in the shopping center.
5 minutes by walk there is famous Jumping arena :)
Parking in the city center is more complicated every day. Fees are increasing and number of places decreasing. Parking by the apartment is very easy with us - it comes with the apartment for free.
If you decide to go to the city center by car, you will be there within 12-15 minutes.
You can use public transport - just for 1,4€ you get to the city center within 30 minutes.
Or you can use Bolt taxi - very convenient taxi in mobile app - to the city center it is just from 12 minutes from 8 euro. I´ll send you a coupon for first 4 euro discount.
