I had a great stay at Riverside Condo. Sarah and Brenton were welcoming and accommodating, and the unit is very well appointed, both luxurious and comfortable. Excellent location, and beautiful view over city and river. Nice swimming pool, pleasant Condo staff. I hope to return one day.

Sarah and Brenton are the best hosts that one could ask for! Starting from when we arrived in Chiang Mai at an odd hour and Brenton came to pick us up at the airport all the way to the last day - we felt right at home with such a caring family that were ready to help with anything at all to make our stay comfortable. The condo was the highlight of our trip as it is absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. Was even better than the photos. Moreover, it's easy to find anything that you want to find in the markets nearby including halal food. There's also a mosque and several churches nearby. You can easily walk to the night market and some other main attractions in the city. Sarah and Brenton were also really responsive whenever we asked for something. Made the whole experience extremely personalised (even the snacks were halal since we're Muslims). We'd definitely want to stay with them again if we come back to Chiang Mai!

My stay was great! I can’t say enough about the hosts and my overall experience. From generosity and kindness to promptness and resourcefulness, going above and beyond to make my stay most enjoyable. The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The balcony provides a view of the mountain and a relaxing river. In this landscape is you can catch planes ascending into the sky. The location was perfect for the day-to-day cultural experience. Outside the complex you will be spoiled for an array of street food, 7eleven, and coffee shops. In addition, there are plenty of restaurants in either direction on Chiang Mai Lam Phun Road. There is a walking path along the river behind the condo complex. Grocery stores and trip to the city 5/15min by car. Brenton & Sarah are exceptional hosts always responding quickly, provide solutions that make it easy to acclimate, friendly, and welcoming. My experience with this apartment hosting was exceptional. The high standard of cleanliness, the superb communication with the host, the ideal location, and the thoughtful touches all contributed to a memorable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hosting to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation experience. I will definitely be booking with them again in the future!
