Darling little cottage, very clean and comfortable. We weren’t home much, but did sit on the cute front porch. The back yard had a table and chairs, but it sits right next to the ac unit, so not as pleasant to sit out as the front porch. We would definitely stay again. Very convenient to I Ark campus, just about 10 minutes away.

The house was very nice, updated throughout, with nice furniture, new appliances, plenty of linens and other necessities. The location was convenient, in a quiet neighborhood with lots of shade trees. The only downside was the patio and backyard, both of which need work. It wasn’t quite conducive to hanging out, but we weren’t there much anyway, so it wasn’t a big deal. With as much attention that went into the inside of the house, my guess is the owners have a plan for the outside as well. They were very responsive, with good communication, and super nice! For the price, and attention to detail inside, we would stay here again!
