Welcome ! We open the doors to this two-bedroom seaside apartment with exceptional views over the Gulf of Morbihan. The location is ideal for easy access to coastal trails as well as the authentic local village of Larmor-Baden. It will have a separate entrance and fully private living quarters. A large seafront terrace is available for outdoor meals or sunbathing. Enjoy a stress-free holiday in total comfort with its cosy living room, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. This comfortable apartment on the first floor of a private house offers privileged access to the Gulf of Morbihan. You can enter freely through an electric gate that leads to a private parking area reserved for you, as well as an individual entrance. The spacious living room, facing the sea, provides a bright and friendly living space for sharing enjoyable moments, equipped with a TV, stereo system, two sofas, a dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen with everything you need for your meals. Simply open the large windows to extend this space and access the 10 sqm terrace, where you can fully enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf from the table or sun loungers. Upstairs, you can relax and refresh after a busy day in a shower room with hot water with a washing machine, and then retire to two comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a trundle bed). The large range of books are also available if you feel like reading and relaxing in front of this authentic and breathtaking landscape.

logement très bien situé à 2 pas du port et des départs vers différentes excursions en bateaux. Vue panoramique exceptionnelle sur le golf et tous les soirs depuis la terrasse, des couchés de soleil magnifiques ont accompagné nos dîners. situé au calme, l'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel, il est particulièrement agréable. Manue et Charline nous ont transmis toutes les informations d'accès elles sont efficaces et réactives, nous reviendrons assurément, et nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Unterkunft hätte bei Ankunft sauberer sein können, und manchmal dauerte es etwas länger, bis eine Antwort kam oder wir mussten zweimal nachhaken. Aber ansonsten war alles prima. Die Wohnung bietet einen traumhaften Blick aufs Wasser und Sonnenuntergänge, ist gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
