Ray was a responsive and accommodating host. As we stayed over the new year’s day weekend, we wanted a later check-out than 11am. Ray very much accommodated this request. Prior and during our stay, I messaged Ray and always had a timely response from him. The property is as described and pictured. The basement game area and the huge backyard were great for the kids. The area was quiet and private- a plus if you want to just unwind and relax. Restaurants and groceries were a few minutes drive. Though the property was generally clean and tidy, my wife found a few bottles of water and a dried up half-eaten peach under our bed in the basement bedroom. Under the couches in the living room also had some built up dust. Aside from this, we had a great time at Ray’s.

Wonderful! Location, communication, and property! Beautiful view. Although it's a month before Christmas we wanted to have the decoration and Ray promptly did this for us, making our weekend more cozy and the place more beautiful.
