Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and cozy getaway in Gloucester. Enjoy two floors of living space overlooking the changing tides and natural wildlife of the Green Landing Salt Marsh. This stylish and cozy one bedroom apartment is centrally located within a short drive to both of Gloucester’s iconic beaches. A 1-2 minute drive to route 128, and walking distance to the Train Station means guests can easily access all of Gloucester, as well Rockport, Salem and Boston, with or without a car. The Apartment at Green Landing is a cozy 1 bedroom, designed to inspire relaxation on your adventure to Gloucester, Cape Ann, or Boston’s North Shore. The apartment is on two floors with scenic views of the Green Landing Salt Marsh. It is accessed through it’s own dedicated entrance and side garden. Outside: The cozy garden has enough space for lounging and grilling. - Seating - Propane Grill (propane and cooking utensils included) - Coffee table The first floor is only one room. It contains living, dining, and kitchen areas. Upon entry guests are greeted by a newly renovated, and beautifully cozy space. Kitchen Area: The kitchen utilizes open shelving and natural wood countertop for a modern and open feel. The kitchen contains most equipment to prepare food. - A glass-top electric stove/oven. - Microwave - Standard apartment sized fridge/freezer - coffee maker, and coffee beans - tea kettle and teabags - dishes, bowls, mugs, glasses, utensils, and simple cooking equipment. Dining Area: - table and chairs - seats two people Living Area: - couch which seats two guests - Smart TV with free Roku channels (bring your passwords if you would like to use the other apps or streaming) Upstairs, guests will find one bedroom views of the Green Landing Salt Marsh and a petite full bathroom. Bathroom: - Small-sized full bathroom with shower and tub. - Additional vanity space in bedroom. Bedroom: - Window unit A/C (8,000BTU) seasonally approximately May until mid-October. - Queen bed with quality bedding - Wall mounted USB plug, phone shelf, directional light, and side table on either side of bed - Vanity/desk area with mirror - Armoire with ample storage and an enclosed Smart TV - Closet with hangers, extra bedding - Clothing iron and ironing board - Floor fan - Hair dryer

We had a wonderful long weekend, staying in Gloucester and exploring the other towns in the greater area. For a couple, the place has everything you would need. I enjoyed the peaceful view of the marsh out back.

This place is an absolute gem. Comfortable, safe, quiet, and located about 25 minutes from Salem. The hosts put so much love and attention to detail regarding the decor. Extremely thoughtful amenities; we felt instantly at home when we arrived. I'm grateful we lucked out with this little apartment. Thank you for hosting!

This place is gorgeous & its location is perfect for anything you wanna do near the Boston / surrounding areas. Very quiet & private little addition to the main house. The hosts even decorated for Halloween! It was such a fun atmosphere. Close enough to food to walk if you wanted. We traveled to/from Salem every day & it was only about a 30min drive even w traffic. Def consider this place if you’re vacationing to Salem or any area around there!!

Dominic was very good at getting back to me. Nice and quite neighborhood ( which is what we were looking for). Love the location. You are right off the highway but you would never know it at any tome of day. Clean and cozy great for two. I like that it had an upstairs, your not on top pf each other. Generally a great place.

We had a great experience staying at Dominic’s. The Air B n B was extremely clean, comfortable and close to many resultants and shops. Dominic was quick to respond to any questions. 10/10 stay, will visit again.

Gloucester is known as “America's Oldest Fishing Community" and is located on Cape Ann -- Massachusetts' other cape. It is 40 minutes north of Boston in a region known as the North Shore. One of Gloucester's many popular attractions are the natural and sandy beaches that are constantly recognized for their natural beauty. In addition, Gloucester boasts OVER 5000 ACRES of undeveloped green space, unparalleled access to boating activities, several eclectic seaside villages, and artist colonies, all within a short drive to the quaint, vibrant and walkable downtown.
The Apartment at Green Landing is located on a scenic edge of central Gloucester overlooking the Green Landing Salt Marsh. It is only 1 minute from Route 128, 5 minutes from Downtown, and 7 minutes from Good Harbor Beach. Please be aware that beyond the salt marsh, Route 128 is visible from apartment windows; however, it is far enough away to avoid any detraction from the peaceful environment.
