I stayed for just over two months. Very clean, comfortable and I always felt safe. Good location for amenities (grocery, coffee shops, not too far from beach) and only about 6 minute drive to downtown where I was working.

Buena relacion calidad / precio, el sitio esta muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta o larga. Hay un supermercado muy cerca, y esta a unos minutos de la playa.

I had a very good stay at Ricks. Comfortable, quiet and clean room with good internet. Easy parking, spacious patio, near beach and grocery store. Highly recommended.

Great stay... the location in general is very convenient and near main routes in town so it's easy to get around. The physical setup of the multi-unit compound is great and encourages guests to mingle, to the point that the other guests have become friends which was a welcome and unexpected surprise. The grounds were regularly cleaned and any issues that arose over the 2 months were dealt with immediately. I highly recommend a stay here and will very likely be staying here again next season myself.

Rick and Agatha are great hosts! The property is as described, quiet and friendly. I would definitely recommend!
