Enjoy your stay in a charming townhouse, located in the heart of downtown Montreal! The residence boasts tranquility in a private neighbourhood, yet it's steps away from all shops, services & amenities. The house consists of a private bedroom upstairs with shared kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, living/dining room, and backyard. Non-smoking guests only. Guests will have private access to a small bedroom on the top floor of the townhouse, where it is equipped with a twin bed, wardrobe, mini-fridge, desk and chair. There are 1.5 bathrooms in the townhouse, with shared spaces of the main luxury bathroom, powder bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and backyard. All toiletries, bidet, and bathroom amenities (towels, shampoo, etc.) are included.

Had a wonderful time with Kathy, Tim, and Sam. Enjoyed great conversation and fun board games every night. They have a lovely home and there’s lots to do in the area. Highly recommend it!

The hosts Katherine, Timothée and Samuel were all very friendly. And the accommodation was really close to the city and quiet at the same time. It was comfortable to get out of the accommodation and have easy access by metro, bus or foot.

This location is fantastic for a visit to Montréal! The room offers a clean and comfortable stay. The area is ideal for visiting the city on foot as you have interesting neighbourhoods to explore within walking distance in any direction you go, and you also have a metro station close by. Despite its central location, the neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and safe. Katherine, Timothée, and Samuel are fantastic hosts, friendly, happy to recommend ways to experience the city, and offer a welcoming atmosphere!

The townhouse is exceptionally located in the downtown Ville-Marie neighbourhood, nearby to Griffintown, Little Burgundy, Guy-Concordia, and Old Montreal. Beautiful parks and gardens are surrounding the house. You will be steps away from the Lucien L'Allier metro/subway station, BIXI stations, several grocery stores, convenience stores, shopping malls on St Catherine Street, restaurants, bars and clubs, the Lachine Canal, the Bell Centre, ETS and Concordia University. You will never have to travel far to access all essential services during your stay!
