Check out before 10am is a first for us, so we felt rushed. To be fare, we didn’t requested an accommodation for that, and I won’t take away the perfection of this place because of this as it’s informed when you book. Location: Very quiet neighborhood. It s close to many stores and 30 minutes from tourist locations but away from the crowd, which is perfect. Home: Just as described, open concept, rooms are large with big closets, central ac/heat, patio furniture perfect for relaxing with family, pool was clean, everything was as expected. Host: communicative, no issues
Bardia’s communicates well and response quickly. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood. The 4 beds were really comfortable. We had fun playing ping-pong and using the pool table unfortunately it was too cold to swim. The backyard is very peaceful. The living room furniture is a bit uncomfortable and low to the ground. My husband and mother had a hard time getting off of the couch and the little green chairs are not very comfortable. I would definitely recommend upgrading furniture and take comfort into consideration. Also, the house needs a good spring cleaning. It is a nice house and I would recommend it.
Great space for a large group. Multiple large bedrooms to accommodate couples, as well as enough common area space for hangs and games. The light system (with the remote controls attached to walls) took a bit of time to get used to, but it was not prohibitive to the experience. Host offered an early check-in which was very helpful, although the 10am check-out was a bit of a bummer (but again, not prohibitive).

Me and my girlfriend loved our stay, the place was clean when we arrived and the host was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be booking again in the future!
