A cozy & unique self catering guest Annex completely private & self contained, with off road free parking, located in the lovely village of Tiddington, which is only a 4 minute drive or a 25 min walk into the historical town of Stratford Upon Avon, the birth place of William Shakespeare. You will only be a stone's throw away from all of the lovely riverside bars & restaurants & of course the famous RSC (Royal Shakespeare Theatre) The Annex is your own personal snug and cosy spot in Stratford Upon Avon. It is small but cute and perfectly formed, with a small double bedroom and small double bed (perfect for snuggling up) ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. The kitchen / living room has a sofa, TV, Fridge (no freezer) oven, half a hob, toaster, kettle, and all the essentials for cooking a meal for two, but please keep in mind we have no table to sit and eat your meal, we just provide a tray for your laps to sit on the sofa. Outside you will find your own personal bistro-style seating area, set in our lovely garden. Located in a delightful rural village location of Tiddington, just 5 mins walk you will find all amenities including a fully stocked convenience shop Spar, a lovely Pub, Chinese (which is amazing) Indian restaurant, and tapas bar, along with numerous other restaurants and pubs. Upon booking, I will send you a guidebook of all the Annex information, local information, day trips, restaurants and pub recommendations, and lots of tips and things that are going on around our surrounding area.

An amazing place to stay in lovely peaceful surroundings. The annexe was spotless extremely well equipped and very cosy. It was in a perfect location for walking into Stratford. The hosts were very responsive and the local guide was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This is truly an amazing place to live with so much to see and do on our doorstep, whether you want to visit the famous Royal Shakespeare Theatre to watch a show, hire out your own private speed boat or rowing boat for a ride down the River Avon or go on the Hop on Hop off bus to see all the best sites, you won't find yourself short of exciteding and interesting things to do here.

The Annex is in the idyllic rural location of Tiddington, just an easy 4 minute drive or a 25 min walk into the Picturesque and Historical town of Stratford Upon Avon the birthplace of William Shakespeare, who was a renowned English poet, playwright, and actor born in 1564 in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Just a 7 minute drive you will find the Stunning National Trust Tudor house and gardens Charlecote Park which is a grand 16th-century country house, surrounded by 180 acres of landscape deer park to explore, on the banks of the River Avon in Charlecote near Wellesbourne.
We have also The Cotswolds on our doorstep just 26 minutes in a car is Morton in The Marsh the gateway to the famous Cotswolds one of most picturesque ares in the UK! famous for their typically English landscape of lovely green rolling hills, stone walls, woodland and charming little towns and villages. Many of the buildings you will see here are made from sandy yellow Cotswold Stone, making the whole area highly attractive.
Distance is only 1 mile from Stratford upon Avon Town center or 4 minute drive, walking distance is only 25 minutes along the beautiful Tiddington Road, there is also a local bus that comes quite regularly which can take you into the town, the bus also goes in the other direction to Warwick & Leamington Spa.
