A perfect location for exploring this area of Devon which has so much to see and do. It is just down the road from Ashbury Manor Hotel with all its golf and sporting activities. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty surrounded by hills, forests, streams and stunning rural views. Living/dining room with kitchenette fully equipped for 2 adults and two children. There is a microwave, Air Fryer, kettle, toaster, and fridge. Complimentary coffee, tea and sugar. Milk in the fridge and a welcome tea. There is a dining room table and plenty of comfy chairs around the wood burning stove. We have just installed a brand new wood burning stove and will provide you with a basket of logs. The cupboards are full of books and board games and toys for children. Upstairs is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom suitable for 2 children. YOU CAN ONLY ACCESS THE BATHROOM THROUGH THE MAIN BEDROOM AND SO IS NOT SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS. The very pretty garden is through a five bar gate and totally private. There is enough garden furniture for four and perfect for breakfast in the morning sun.
