I've stayed in this building many times. It's a very nice building, but this unit is very small and it doesn't have Airbnb essential. I rented a bedroom unit with two bathrooms and they only gave me one(1) toilet tissue and one(1) towel for a stay of 9 days. I reached out to them to ask for one more towels. They asked for 10 USD. I couldn’t believe it, and ultimately they told me that they are sending one more towel tomorrow, but I never received them. Kitchen essentials are very minimal. There is no salt, pepper, nothing, a few old cooking tools and utensils. I’m an Airbnb host as well and this was the worst customer service I ever received There are many other nicer units in this building with a better customer care.. Not recommended at ALL.
Apartamento muy bien situado, a unos 20min andando del Parque de la 93; zona segura y tranquila. Todo el interior es nuevo y limpio. El edificio cuenta con gimnasio y coworking muy bien equipados. Santiago fue un host de 10, resolvió un pequeño problema que surgió muy rápido.

Bello apartamento en muy buena zona. Estuve hospedada 10 días con mi bebé y mi mamá y fue fenomenal, nos sentimos en casa. Muy recomendado!

You will be walking distance from the shopping center, restaurants, top gyms, supermarkets, bars and coffee shops in the city. Also we recommend using UBER to move around.
