This property is ski in/out and a very short walk to the lifts and the village core with a pub and
restaurants.
There is a park and basketball net located down the street and a paved walking trail so you can walk or
bike downtown, which is maintained year round. There is also a huge trail system just minutes away
waiting to be walked, hiked or biked on. In the winter this is used for cross country skiing and the 3km
loop is lit up for night adventures.
Trickle Creek golf course is 2 minutes away for a round or just for a meal on the patio.
It is only a 5 minute drive to the town center where you fill find ample restaurants, grocery stores and
pubs.
Mountain Spirit is located at the base of the ski hill within 2 minutes walk/ski distance to the high speed
quad, ski/bike rental shop, restaurant and all other amenities located at the base.
There are seven regional golf courses located within 25 min driving distance to Mountain Spirit and it is
also five minutes away from the hiking, biking and cross country ski trail of the 2000 acre Kimberley
Nature Park.

Kimberley has a taxi service available to help you get around whether it be to get groceries, to go
downtown for dinner to Cranbrook to the movies or even to pick you up or drive you to the airport.
They are also available to transport to Calgary.
The town of Kimberley is about a 5 minute drive from the condo and if you prefer to walk there is a
paved path through the forest that is very scenic to walk or bike on.
