Hôte très accueillant et sympathique. Très bonnes explications pour récupérer l’appartement ! L’appartement est niquel, des travaux viennent d’être effectués dans la salle de bain donc aucun problème. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, le lit est confortable et beaucoup de rangements. Les transports (métro 12 et RER C) sont à 10 minutes. Proximité avec des commerces et des restaurants. En conclusion c’est un très bon appartement : ) D’autant plus pour les préparationnaires qui passent les concours d’ingénieur !

Good Stay. Location was very good and reasonable with few minutes walk from shops and takeaway. Closest Metro Station Marie D’Issy 9 minutes walk. From this metro station to Paris central in 20 minutes or less. The flat was good and easy accessible with very good kitchen facilities including all the equipment provided. Bed and pillows could be more comfortable. Bathroom was the only spot of the stay made us disappointed, very small, just enough to get inside and do everyday things and plus it need bit for renovation as it is quite old and very small bathroom. Overall good for stay 1 or 2 day. Paul is very helpful with all the detail and help us need.

Amazing location, only a 10 min walk to both the metro and RER C (which goes directly to Palace of Versailles) and really good studio for a short stay! Clean and easy to find. Very clear instructions by host too. Would definitely recommend :)

We were only here for one night. The best price I found in Paris, and great for us because we had a meeting in that area of the city. Great for sleeping, and you can cook, but I wouldn't hang out in the studio for a day. It is a bit small for that. Nice safe quiet neigborhood. The street was a bit noisier than I thought, but fine with earplugs. Amazed to find coffee and an alcoholfree beer in the kitchen. Thank you Paul!
