The apartment was clean and the location was good. The big problem was that we could not enter the apartment in the second night (in the middle of the night). The house code was changed and the host did not inform us about that (she said she wasn’t aware of it). When I asked her if that was the first time that they changed the code she did not respond anymore. Instead she told me that I „have to be more flexible“. Not okay and very rude.
