Logement parfait pour 3, propre et bien équipé. Bus à proximité permettant un accès au centre ville en max 20mn. Supermarché à moins de 10 mn à pied. Hôte très réactif.

Ricardo's place is a hidden gem! One of the nicest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in with the kindest of hosts. The apartment is out of a design magazine - clean lines, custom cabinetry, super comfy beds, luxurious linens and high end appliances. We were in heaven. Ricardo was a gracious host - he helped us arrange parking in the garage across the street and let us drop off our bags prior to check in. We felt 100% welcome and at home in his place. This stay is one we will always remember!

We took a chance on this place as there was only one review at the time of booking. We’re so glad we did because we had a great stay! The Space - Beautifully renovated (as pictured) - Spotlessly clean - Well equipped - full kitchen (with dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave), stocked cupboards (more dishes and glasses than you need, full range of pots and pans) and basic pantry items. You can cook anything here. - Great storage space - Fast Wi-Fi - Would be great for an extended stay The Hosts Ricardo and Dulcineia are wonderful hosts - quickly responsive to whatever you may need and as involved (or not) as you want them to be. They live upstairs but you would never know as they’re so quiet. We had some questions we wanted to ask and they were good enough to bring us a bottle of wine and sit down to answer all of our questions and tell us more about Porto. My husband and Ricardo share a love of cycling and Ricardo was generous enough to invite him out for a bike ride AND loan him the gear! We’ve been really lucky with Airbnb hosts but Ricardo and Dulcineia are now at the top of the list. They are the best of what Airbnb aims to be. Our experience in Porto was the better for having met them and we will definitely stay with them again. Thank you Ricardo and Dulcineia! The Location - Not in City Centre, but for us, that was the point. We wanted to sleep away from the noisy, tourist zone and see where people actually live. - Easily walkable neighbourhood - has everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shopping) without having to walk into the city centre - Distances - Transport Access - 10-15 min walk to closest Metro Station - Cross street is Avenida da Boavista, so easy access to lots of buses and easy to get taxi/Uber to airport, train station, city centre, beach, etc. - Cedofeita - 8 min by car, 15-20 min Metro, 45 min on foot - Beach - 10 min by car, 15 min Metro or bike, 50 min by foot (and walk through a beautiful park) - Supermarket/Shopping - Supermarkets - 1 around the corner and 3 more approx 10-15 min walk - Nearest Shopping Centre - 15 min walk - Restaurants - Lots of restaurants within a 5-10 min walk - Mercado Bom Sucesso food hall 15 min walk away

Nice and modern place, great host, fast communication with the host. If I need to be in the neighborhood, I will come back
