Gopal’s house was as described and looked like the photos. Nice, safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It is in a convenient location and very much reasonably priced. Gopal himself is a very clear and direct host, no complaints. However, when it came to the cleanliness of the home it wasn’t very clean- bathroom mirrors were dirty, there was soap residue on the sinks, olive oil and seasonings were left on the kitchen counter and one of the beds weren’t made when we arrived and the house had a “moldy” smell to it. The sign from the previous guest on March 19th, were still posted as well which made me feel that the house may not have been cleaned from the previous guests. While I’m sure this isn’t Gopal’s fault, the cleaners didn’t do their part to clean the home before my group arrived.

Very welcoming host. Provided detailed instructions and the house was very clean. Definitely recommend!

Our stay in Charlotte was very nice at this Airbnb. Fireplace was a plus for the winter month. Cozy and clean home. Neighborhood was nice. Grocery stores nearby. Overall nice place.
