Very bright and cozy house, located in the south of Fuerteventura, with spectacular views of the sea, palm groves and volcanoes. It has various landscaped spaces with native plants, which are oriented to the different moments of maximum sunlight, and protection from the wind. It has a solarium terrace with a panoramic view, sky and stars at night. Silent and calm area, a few meters from La Playa del Viejo Rey, the best on the island for surfing and admiring its sunsets. Very sunny house that has a large living room-dining room-kitchen space, and a large glass door that communicates with a south-facing porch. A bedroom with a 190x200 double bed. Full bathroom with shower. A second bedroom with 3 beds (one of them a trundle bed). A cleanliness. An outside shower. It has a garden to the south, west and north of the house, and a glazed porch, as well as a solarium on the roof, with spectacular views and delimitation that guarantees privacy and security. Views of impressive nature from the house and garden. The interior and exterior decoration, respectful and natural, has been chosen with dedication, thinking about the well-being of the clients.

Endroit très paisible et maison très bien entretenues avec 3 terrasses et un patio interieur dans le jardin avec de grandes baie vitrées. Natalia est très réactives et fera intervenir quelqu'un sur place si jamais. La maison est propre et bien agencée. Une seule salle de bain pour 5 c'est peu être un peu juste, idem pour les 2 chambres pour 5 (sauf si 3 enfants d'âges moyen dans les 5, mais comme dit Natalia, à fuerteventura on vit plutot dehors que dedans en cette periode.. Un véhicule est également indispensable. La belle plage de El Viejo Rey est à 15 min à pied en marchant tranquillement et frequentée par des surfers. il y a une petite epicerie à 3 minutes à pied mais pour les grandes courses il faudra se rendre à Costa Calma à 12 min en voiture. Je recommande ce logement.

Uns hat es in Natalias Haus in La Pared sehr gut gefallen! Es ist wunderbar eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns schnell zurecht gefunden. Auch mit kleinen Kindern fühlt man sich sehr willkommen. Wir hatten nur ein bis zweimal Probleme mit dem Wasser, da hat uns Natalia aber direkt geholfen und das Problem war schnell gelöst. Gerne empfehlen wir die Unterkunft weiter!

Een fijn sfeervol huis op een fantastische plek. Natalia reageert snel op vragen mbt tot dingen in het huis, is gastvrij en we hebben ontzettend genoten van Fuerteventura. We zijn al eens op Tenerife en GC geweest, maar dit eiland trekt ons echt meer om nog eens naar toe terug te gaan en nog meer prachtige plekjes te ontdekken! Minder massa toerisme, erg ruig / ongerept vooral de kustlijn en toch toegankelijk. Elke dag een avontuur starten en terugkeren bij dit prachtige huis is echt fijn! Dit huis is een aanrader.

Superbe endroit. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et aux avis précédents. Plage à quelques minutes à pied, coucher de soleil, etc. Ne pas hésiter !

The small resort of La Pared is a quiet area of single-family houses, a few minutes walk from Playa del Viejo Rey and Playa de La Pared. These west coast wild and well preserved beaches, are perfect for walking, sunbathing and strolling along. They are also very popular for surfing and watching the sunset.
There is a small supermarket for basic purchases, next to the Hotel Playitas that offers various sports activities in the area. You can relax in one of the cafes, or dine in a restaurant on Playa de La Pared. Very nice and friendly atmosphere that combines young athletes, families and retired people who live throughout the year.

Ideal area for various walks, or trekking, towards the Jable Natural Park, or the cliffs from the west coast wild beaches. There is a very short walking distance for a minimarket, cafés or a restaurant. You can also use a rented bicycle.
It is recommended to rent a car at the airport. It is the way to visit the wildest and most preserved places in the south of the island (which concentrates the largest stretch of kilometers of beach in our country) such as Punta de Jandía or Cofete, as well as the inland towns. From La Pared you can reach the leeward coast in 10 minutes, driving through the isthmus of La Pared, where you can find wind protected beaches with calm emerald waters for walking or swimming, such as the famous Playa de Sotavento, Costa Calma and Morrojable Beach.
You can park the car in front of the house for free, as well as in the entire village or near the beach.
