Our stay at the Speakeasy Inn was fabulous. It is directly above a popular bar, so we anticipated the noice and it didn’t bother us (if you are staying on Duval at all, expect party noise every night of the week!) You are walking distance to the Southernmost point and plenty of shops and resteraunts. Theres also a bike rental right around the block. Kitchen is perfect for just a few snacks and drinks for the week if you plan on eating out mostly (which, you should). We encountered a few bugs but hey, its florida and we had the door open a lot while hanging out on the beautiful balcony area. The star of the week was the absolute unit of a cat, Captain, who lives at the inn. 10/10 would return for Captain. Leni, the housekeeper was so friendly and provided great recommendations as well. would stay here again!

This place is a gem. Beautiful room above an awesome rum bar. Definitely try a flight of different rums if you get a chance. Some people before mentioned that this place is too noisy as it is along a busy street, but we did not have any noise at night and slept great. Hosts and bartender were very friendly and the building itself is beautiful. 10/10 would recommend.

Great location, walk to everything! The room was large enough with a nice bath. The room opened onto a beautiful balcony with chairs for watching the world go by on Duval St. The downside was that it was noisy at night until midnight. Nothing some earplugs wouldn't solve though. There was someone onsite for check-in and out and storage for luggage during the day. And a complimentary free drink at the bar downstairs! Would recommend for those wanting to be in the heart of old town Key West!
