We originally booked to stay at a different home closer to Deerfield beach but was contacted via email that that place was no longer available. I was very disappointed but I was flexible and did not cause any issues. I asked several times if we could have a early checkin and a late checkout. I understand that sometimes they can not but I thought since we were being inconvenienced that they would be gracious enough to allow it. When we arrived the cleaning ladies were still there, they left all the beach towels in the washing machine. So we of course dried and folded them. As I looked around I noticed the walls were stained, the woodwork was dirty and the furniture had many stains on them. I asked the cleaning ladies for sheets to cover the furniture so we could sit on it. I walked into the kitchen and there were a ton of bugs on the counter. I took videos and contacted the owners. All they told me was a blanket response that their maintenance team was working ont it. They did nothing.

Deen and Taylor’s place was very clean. They were very responsive when I had any questions and concerns. It was a perfect place, really enjoyed with the kids and family. Will definitely stay at this place in the future.
