Apartment located on the ground floor of a building without a lift. It comfortably accommodates 5 people in 70 square meters of space, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a French sofa bed in the living room. Uncovered parking space, not reserved and subject to availability. We are outside the ZTL so it is possible to find free parking on the street. Convenient for the train station and the historic center which is just over ten minutes away on foot. The internal space is divided as follows: LIVING AREA: kitchen equipped with four gas burners, moka, refrigerator, gas kettle, traditional oven, microwave oven and various kitchen utensils. French sofa bed and TV. BEDROOM: double bed and single bed, two bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe. BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: portable fan, unlimited wifi, iron and clothesline. Autonomous heating. Cellar equipped with laundry corner including washing machine. Bicycle storage.

Logement propre, pratique, à proximité de la gare et du centre de Ferrara dans un quartier calme et agréable. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Eine großartige Ferienwohnung, wir haben sie geliebt! Es war alles Wichtige vorhanden, die Küche bestens ausgestattet (z.B. auch Plastikgeschirr für die Kleinen), durchdacht eingerichtet, gut beleuchtet, warm geheizt und bequeme Betten. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Gegend schön und ruhig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

L’appartamento ha tutto il necessario per godersi qualche giorno in città. Gli ambienti sono esattamente come appaiono in foto, sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dalle dimensioni della camera da letto, decisamente più grande delle aspettative e anche fornita di uno spazioso armadio. Posizione ottima per arrivare in centro a piedi e risulta anche molto comodo il parcheggio (sia all’interno che su strada). Il check-in semplicissimo e l’host è stato responsivo alle nostre richieste. Decisamente un soggiorno consigliato!

The neighborhood is very green, the streets are wide and vaulted with side roads and cycle paths. It's referred to as the "Garden Quarter"!
The area is well served by buses and supermarkets and if you want to visit Ferrara there is no better solution than a nice bicycle, the ideal way to get around the historic center and appreciate all the views that this beautiful city offers. You can find them for hire in various points of the city.

- From Ferrara Station, the apartment is easily reachable in less than 10 minutes on foot (650 meters away);
- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 35 minutes by car/taxi or by train from Bologna Centrale arriving at Ferrara station in 50 minutes;
- For those traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the ZTL area, and it is possible to park for free on the street. Inside the structure there is also an uncovered parking space, which is not reserved and subject to availability.
ATTENTION: During the matches of the football team Spal Corso Vittorio Veneto must be left free so the car must be parked in the parking lot if available or at Ex Mof in corso Isonzo which is a free parking. Alternatively, in the street in Corso Isonzo which is free.
