Welcome to our cosy flat in Cabañal, Valencia! This flat is perfect for those looking for a comfortable and quiet stay in one of the most peaceful areas of the city. This flat sleeps up to 3 people, is 40 square meters and is located on the third floor of the building. Important: In response to Covid-19, this property has extended cleaning & disinfection measures & protocols to guarantee the safety of our guests<br>The real gem of this room is the access to an impressive 100 square metre terrace for communal use, where you can enjoy the sun and the sea views just 600 metres away. In addition, you will also have access to internet (wifi), air conditioning with hot/cold pump and a television for your comfort. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils/cooking utensils and coffee machine, will allow you to prepare your favourite meals. If you are a smoker, you will be happy to know that you can smoke on the communal terrace, but not inside the flat. In addition, you will have at your disposal a laundry area shared with the other guests to make your stay even more comfortable and convenient. In short, our flat in Cabañal, Valencia, is the perfect option for those who are looking for a comfortable and cosy stay, to enjoy in full relax of one of the best beaches of the city. Grundlegend würde ich sagen das es Strandnähe ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis ist, denn ich habe nichts besseres gefunden. Aber so neu wie es angepriesen wird ist es nicht. Die Wände& Möbel sind abgenutzt & bei check in lagen Staub & Haare auf dem Boden, sogar in meinem Bett. Die Kommunikation lief recht gut & Elena war stets bemüht mir zu helfen. Die Dachterrasse ist mega & die Lage zum Strand super. Ich habe mir laut der Beschreibungen & den Fotos etwas besseres vorgestellt. Ich war 5 Wochen dort, was definitiv ein Unterschied ist als nur für ein paar Tage. Die Putzutensilien sind dreckig und die Waschmaschine hat ebenfalls gestunken was ich erstmal selbst gereinigt habe. Daher bin ich hin & hergerissen, vielleicht hatte ich einfach nur Pech
The apparent is very nice. The things that it bothered me it was that in Airbnb says that the bathroom was not shared. The second thing was when the two times new neighbours checked in, I cleaned the mess the other left in the kitchen and bathroom. Well, the second time I sort to clean it and afterwards I asked to the cleaning ladies could do it. And they. One way or the other, I recommend staining there
Der Aufenthalt bei Evi war super!! Der Strand mit Bars und Bistros ist ja um die Ecke. Das Appartement ist sauber und gepflegt. Ich habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt!

+ flexibler Checkin + meist gut erreichbare Hausverwaltung via Chat + gute Services im Haus (Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Dachterrasse) - sehr dünne Wände, hellhörig - Gäste müssen angemeldet werden - Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt! Sollte bei dem Preis eigentlich mit drin sein - Reinigungsmittel oder Toilettenpapier wird nicht bereitgestellt - Bett leider schlechte Qualität. Insgesamt sind alles Low-Quality Möbel von Ikea
