Filip has a nice cozy place that suited us as a team of five men building a steel structure in the area, Filip was very accommodating when we asked for some small changes.

We had a week-long stay in December using all five rooms and found it comfortable. Filip was responsive and accommodating. The basement was a little cold, I'm sure it's more comfortable in the summer (we appreciated the faux fireplace heater, but the floors were cold which is hard to avoid without putting in carpet). There was also a slight smell of sewer down there, which seems to be pretty common in basements and my husband said he couldn't smell it, so might just be noticeable to those with a sensitive nose, which I definitely have. The place was reasonably clean, but with some dusty corners. Self check-in was easy. One note: the hot water was dangerously hot, definitely not to code. We were a bit worried that it could be dangerous with little kids. Should be easy to fix by adjusting the hot water tank settings, probably just got out of whack somehow.

Celebrated thanksgiving with my Brother’s and Sister’s family, there were 10 of us and we all had a great time. Filip’s place has enough space and enough rooms for all of us. It is what’s been described. The place is clean, bright and airy. We had a great time.
