This is a great place if you want to visit Canandaigua for an event. Ha was extremely responsive and very helpful. The only two negative things I would mention is that the heat was not working as expected and the place was not as cleaned as I was expecting. But again we hardly stayed in the house. Ha did try her best to accommodate us and get the issue fixed but because we were in and out for a wedding and we stayed a short time we couldn’t have gotten the issue resolved at that moment. I’m sure the issue with the heat will be resolved for the next guest. My overall experience has been great and Ha is a great host.
