Full house with pool. 2.5 bed / 2 bath. Great location near shopping, eating and beaches. Close to Charlotte Harbor, Punta Gorda and Englewood beach. Lots of great food and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. Only 1 mile from boat/ kayak launch. Many opportunities to fish nearby. This is not a party house. It's a quiet, 2 bedroom 2 bath home with enclosed pool/lanai . We offer sleeping for up to 6 (in addition to the 2 queen beds, we have 2 twin trundle bed or sofa sleeper that sleeps 2 depending on your comforts desired). We have a full kitchen with basics (pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, blender, flatware, cooking utensils, BBQ utensils, etc). We have complimentary coffee as well. We have a computer desk available and a TV in each room. Free onsite parking (maybe enough for you and your watercraft (just ask) and self check in via an entry Key code. Pets are welcome, but be aware the yard is not fenced so dogs need to be on leashes. The neighbors on both sides have dogs, so be aware.
