The place was very clean and tidy. The air-conditioning was keeping up with the hot weather. Very quiet sleeping in bedroom despite the highway running right in front of the home. Jeffrey the host was very kind. Don't put too much weight on the refrigerator door, because it will come open. Thank you again, to the host; the farmhouse is very cozy and comfortable.

The cleanest Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed at! Not far from the highway and a great alternative to pricy hotels in Cortland, Binghamton, or Ithaca.

Jeffrey’s place was the perfect spot. We went for a graduation party. It was 5 miles away, and the farmhouse was located at the entrance of the fort Hill country club there in the mountains. It was absolutely beautiful could not have asked for a pretty View new stairs built to the upstairs part of house with great view!!
