The host was very responsive and measured the doors to make sure our handicapped friend could enter the apartment/bedroom/bathroom in advance. He also supplied a shower chair, although our friend was still unable access the shower. The pool was wheelchair-accessible through the garage, but the beach was not. I assumed the building was handicapped-accessible because it was newly-built. The unit was clean and beautiful with amazing views, and it had everything we needed. There were restaurants and shops nearby, and the bus to take you into town (about an hour). The patrician to the next door apartment was paper thin, we could hear the elevator, and there was some construction noise going on in the development surrounding the building. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are a good idea. Alonso and his assistant Naomi were very helpful and communicative, and allowed us to store our bags a few hours after check out. Thank you!

I loved the location of this condo... We have been to Mazatlan many times and it is getting so busy and crowded in the hotel zone and the golden zone that we decided to come out to Cerritos. Anytime I needed anything. The owner and his assistant responded and took care of it immediately. Thank you
