Our unit is our own family beach holiday and you will find many handy extras such as beach towels, sunscreen, picnic rugs and chairs, children’s boogie boards and a portable LED lamp for twilight river walks. You are welcome to read and swap books under the TV, use the games and take any local magazines with you. Please do not throw out any refill containers ( eg. Body wash, shampoo, detergent , glass coffee jars etc) as we use refills to avoid single use plastic waste. Boutique well appointed and air-conditioned 2 bedroom unit on the ground floor of a small owner occupied 6 Unit complex. The property has river views with direct access to either the river or the beach. With a lovely lawn area leading to the river you have a choice of launching your kayak down the ramp to the river or pull up a chair and watch the river life pass you by. 150 metres across the road to the beautiful patrolled beach of Mooloolaba and take a stroll along the famed walkway as far as your legs can take you. Direct lift access available to the unit from the single private secure car park. MAX VEHICLE HEIGHT 1.90 metres. Please contact us in relation to your pet before booking due to only small pets being allowed. A large dog is not suited to our unit. Please note we do not have fly screens on windows or doors in this building. While we welcome children, please note we do not provide baby equipment and our home is not toddler proof. (you may need to remove some decore/art).
