It is not unusual to see deer in the yard. The house is in walking distance of a small lake that allows fishing and non motorized boating. There is a mile long walking path along the lake and a clubhouse with bar and restaurant on one end of the lake. *The garage is not included in the rental We provide starter coffee and tea for your stay Pet Rules: *Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time *Pets are charged a $20 per pet per night fee, plus a refundable $150 pet deposit after booking. * Any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest from pet deposit amount. *Guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised. A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture. *Pet deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure as long as rules are followed and damages are not found. *Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (i.e. the driveway) at all times *Pet rules must be followed or deposit will be forfeit
