Great location at East Devonport! Shops and the spirit of tasmania terminal are just down the road AND if you have a caravan, parking is not an issue. Two very large bedrooms and large bathroom with plenty of space for 4 people to enjoy. Recently renovated and decorated with all amenities required to ensure guests feel at home. The house has double glazed windows, is fully insulated, has heating as well as a fireplace for guests to stay nice and warm during winter and cool during summer. The outdoor area isn’t ready and is a work in progress but if you have a caravan or camper there is plenty of space for parking. With the Spirit of Tasmania terminal just minutes away, this is the ideal location for those that need to board it early morning.

The accommodation was excellent. Close to everything you need, coffee, food store, cafe. Janaina is proactive when we need assistance. The minimalist modern house is everything we need for a holiday. Large parking space and highly recommend it for your stay.

Walking otherwise bus at your doorstep. Plenty of offstreet parking
