Mani ji is an excellent host. The cabin was spotless. The BNB is easily accessible. All the restaurants/ tourist attractions are a few minutes drive away from the cabin. The WiFi is super fast. The overall reception is great. The complementary breakfast is freshly prepared by Mr Zubin, Mrs Mani’s spouse. I stayed here for three days and one thing that I really liked was that I just had to show up at Mr Zubin’s restaurant for breakfast and he took care of the rest. I didn’t have to think about what to order. A wholesome culinary experience to start my day with. 🍽️😋

Firstly, the location is beautiful and right between the city, very accessible and connected to every hotspot. The hosting, however, not really. Firstly, after our check-in, the doorlock was still being repaired with loud drills while we were trying to sleep, with the door open and the helps barging in with no warning or knocks. Second, the washroom was extremely smelly and dirty, and the room was being cleaned in front of us. When we asked for an extension, we were woken up by the help before the check-out time who constantly kept reminding us to LEAVE so she could clean for the next guests and save time, and the host calling us constantly to make us evacuate at 10 am. After our check-in to the new room, which they hadn't cleaned, they kept coming in without knocking for remote, cleaning, etc, multiple times. On the last day, the fridge leaked causing flooding in the whole room, which they were indifferent to when we told them, and only came to clean because they wanted to check us ou

We lodged in wooden cabin number one, which offered a cozy room with a petite parking area nearby, surrounded by lush greenery. Mani proved to be an exceptional host, ensuring our needs were met from the instant we arrived. Our experience was flawless, and the complimentary breakfast served as the cherry on top. Zubin, a talented chef and delightful individual, provided us with a hearty breakfast just a three-minute drive from our cabin. Without hesitation, I would recommend this place in Assagao.

The cabin is beautiful and very private. Mani was very proactive from the start and ensured we had a great stay. She also offered free breakfast at her new restaurant the next day, it was lovely food do check it out.
