We do have a good time stayed in this place! The room looks exactly the same as shown in the photo. The location is superb! It's quite and safe. There are lots of coffee shop around. And, we really want to thank the team that help us much, we don't know how to turn on the heat, they just turned it on remotely, really cool. Hoping to live in here for more days when I come to Seoul next time. Highly recommended🤗🤗 너무 좋아용🥰 감사합니다.

這個房源非常得棒 我們非常非常喜歡❤️❤️❤️ 房源大小剛好、屋內暖和、配備齊全、一塵不染、社區靜謐、採光良好…. 重要的是房東回覆訊息快速，有時候我剛回覆完訊息正在走路沒注意到，房東又回覆了我好多訊息🤣 而且還有平板可以叫外送！ 真的很推薦Min的房源🫶🏻 唯一唯一覺得有一點點的小缺點就是離地鐵站有一點距離，如果兩手空空當散步前往的話是別有一番風情，房源周圍有很多漂亮的咖啡廳可以逛。但如果有一堆行李的話可能會有點辛苦😵而且韓國計程車拒絕載有很多行李的旅客 撇除這點之外其他我們都非常滿意，下次來韓國玩還想住這邊

It's really nice to have the opportunity to live here, the atmosphere is calm, strategic, there are lots of coffee shops, cakes & deserts, bbq and various other foods are easy to find here. The house is comfortable complete with heating and air conditioning, coffee machine, and elevator. They also provide small things, from hand warmers. And what I've never seen anywhere, they provide tablets for ordering food delivery and booking taxis, very helpful. And don't forget, they provide several recommendations for local food in very detail from maps, prices and types of food at the restaurant. Also storage for tourists whose flights are at night, they allow their suitcases to be stored even after checkout. Everything is really amazing, perfect. I will stay here again when I go to Seoul again. I highly recommend this place for tourists from everywhere to try it. Thanks to Min & All Co Hosts who were all very helpful

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Min's Place, and I must say it was a delightful experience that exceeded my expectations. Nestled in a fantastic location, this charming accommodation is surrounded by a plethora of inviting cafes, making it an ideal spot for those who appreciate convenience without compromising on quality. One of the standout features of Min's Place is their thoughtful and personalized approach to guest services. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome and handed a meticulously crafted instruction/menu guide. This thoughtful touch made navigating through the local culinary delights a breeze, ensuring that we could savor the best the neighbourhood had to offer without any confusion. The attention to detail continued with Min's Place going above and beyond to enhance our stay during the festive season. Not only did they present us with a beautifully adorned Christmas cake, but they also bought us breakfast on Christmas Day. Thank you, Min.

The place was clean, comfortable and was overall great. There were excellent appliances provided like chargers, coffee machine, washer and dryer. It was quiet and peaceful with quite a decent view especially when snowed. The location is about 12 minutes walk from Hongik Univ Station Exit 3 with great walking path, though getting taxi from the place could be quite challenging at times. Too many food options within 5 min walk and the owner has prepared a really great guide with fantastic recommendations.
