Terrible and Unprofessional. I had to report multiple safety and code violations to Airbnb. Reasons: 1. The host and her husband would get into loud arguments at night. 2. There was a stabbing across the street and the whole neighborhood had to go on locked down. 3. They refused to let me out of the 30-day cancelation payment policy or let me alter my contract, even after I communicated to them that I did not feel comfortable staying there when they were going through a crisis and with the neighborhood not feeling safe. 4. The husband would sleep on the couch which was by the front door every night/morning, so I would have to pass close by him to leave. (Which as a women felt uncomfortable.) 5. They filed a complaint against me for slamming the door, which I felt was unfair because the husband slept right next to the door and their dogs when bark at me, before I even got to the front door. - I did accidently break their shower soap dispenser, but I shipped then a new one soon after

Briana and her husband were very welcoming, pleasant to be around and very communicative. They offered snacks, drinks, and food while I was there making me feel at home.

Brianna was a great host. She and her family were very gracious and offered a boatload of recommendations for restaurants and activities. She was also VERY responsive. Although in a comfortable and quiet neighborhood, the property was much further away from town than I anticipated. I should also add that if you're not an animal lover, you should look at other accommodations. Not a problem for me, but be aware ahead of time. Overall, a good stay for the price. Brianna was great very kind and her family where also very sweet would recommend 10/10. Place was just as described. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Would stay here again. 😊
