Good deal for a clean comfy place in a quiet neighborhood. Jamar was responsive and everything went smoothly. Easy walk to Drexel and the art museum.

Parking on 31st street has no meters or signs, this is the best place to parking during the week. Parking on Haverford Ave has 2hour parking signs which is limited to Monday - Friday from 8am- 6:30pm
