Fully fenced and cross fenced backyard is mostly cindered natural landscaping with a BBQ grill, porch swing, fire pit with marshmallow roasters & shady mosaic dining set under the pines! Horse area is approximately a 1/3 acre fenced area with a 3 sided covered barn/loafing shed that comfortably fits 2 horses - Please let us know if your are binging horses. Please leave thermostat ON! This is for heat only. We lived in this home for many years & at 7,200 foot elevation, we never wanted air conditioning. In the warmest 1 or 2 weeks we opened the windows at night & closed them during the day. By working the windows this home will be comfortable year round.
